I remember reading this book 5 years ago, problem is I can’t remember what it is called.
I remember it being based around this girl who used this globe thing to access what was probably the internet, the place she lived was being flooded by the rising sea levels and they managed to escape on a boat. They were told to head to this floating city where they would be accepted but they were kept outside in the harbour as refugees. The girl managed to escape using the disc things she’d found and she 1st uses the wrong one to get into the city.
people moved around the city on skates basically and slept in pods. She found someone who was head of the city using a strange implement that made marks on the paper (basically a pencil but that wasn’t stated in the book). I remember her finding the person she’d been speaking to online behind her in a particular room, and they both ended up underneath the city where there was trees etc and they, or one of them at least escaped to find actual land (i think)
I cant remember any more than that but I would really like to read this book again as I feel some of the issues raised in it would be really good to look at with some of my students.
If anyone can remember the title and author I would be very grateful.

…….. So did the U.S. gain jobs, or lose jobs? I’m confused… how did we gain jobs when we acutually lost 54,000 jobs??

How To Disinfect Threats Using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010…?
I have 312 threats, evidently, according to my Kaspersky Internet Security application when I click on it, but when I try to click on “disinfect all,” the button is inactive.
Does anyone know what I should do in order to clear these? I’m running a fully functional, licensed version that I paid for.

What Software Can I Download To Remove Rootkit Viruses For Free?
Okay so I have A LOT of serious viruses and I’m accessing the internet in safe mode at the moment. I keep having error messages preventing me from using any of my programs. Which includes my Super Anti Spyware and Malware Bytes. I’ve always relied on these programs because they not only scan but they also remove all the infections on my computer. I’ve searched high and low and can’t find any virus removal programs that will remove my viruses for free other than the ones I have that the virus won’t let me access. I really don’t want to re install my computer because I would lose everything. Please give me some software programs that will scan and REMOVE all the trojans, rootkits, malware, adware, and parasites that I have hidden in my computer. Why Can’t I Play On The Internet With Anything?
Hello, well I have a little problem. I can connect to the internet and surf online, and even play steam games online. SO don’t get me wrong, my internet is working fine, I just CAN NOT seem to get on the internet with things that require two people and swapping IP addresses (Like a super nintendo emulator netplay, or a touhou game’s netplay function. They both require two people to swap Ip addresses and type them into the program to connect. I use hamachi, and so does the person on the other end, we have figured out that the problem is on my side. I made sure the windows and avast firewalls both had the programs in the exceptions list. But it always says connection failed no matter who the host is. Please help, I don’t know what else to try.
How To Approach Taurus Guy?
I’ve liked this Taurus guy for a while now, from January all the way to now! But it seems like nothing is changing. I’m trying to gain the confidence to have a conversation with him in person, but it seems really hard since he’s always with someone and when he’s alone, he’s gone in the blink of an eye!
