I downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials free from Microsoft to prevent from virus, spyware and other malware, but somebody tell me that it is good for nothing. Should we use it?

Looking for a paid program. So far in my search, many people said Kaspersky, eset nod32, Avast, Avira, BitDefender, and Norton (which I tried once and failed me). Which of these is consider the best and user-friendly (close to no work)? Rank from 1-3 if possible please.

I have a subscribed version of Avast and a free version of Malwarebytes – anti malwarebytes. Is this enough for my computer to be secure?….I hardly use malwarebytes to scan my system.

Why are doctors still using the old scales? Is digital not more accurate? As technology continues to advance, it seems that only this area of the doctor’s office is stuck in Norman Rockwell era. My dog’s veterinarian even uses a digital scale. What the scoop?
