the thing is i once had that program on my pc and i went to quick scan and three hours went by and it was barely half way. is it supposed to take that long to scan on quick scan. wa there something wrong with my pc that it took that long.

No, a quick scan with MSE should not take that long. The MSE quick scan takes about 30 seconds on my computer and the full scan with MSE takes me about an hour.
It’s normal for it to go slow like that.
My computer took 2-4 hours to complete a full scan, and about 1 hour to do a quick scan.
I would want it to take long; because in the end, you know you’re secured at a great property.
