My netbook came with Microsoft Security Essential and I get answers from sticking to MSE or changing to AVG or Avast. What really is the best out there?
Is Microsoft Security Essential Consider as an Anti-Spyware if not what do you guys recommend?
Thank you guys…

Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) considers itself to be an all-around security program – antivirus and antispyware.
Unfortunately by trying to do two jobs, it doesn’t do either of them as good as separate programs.
I use and recommend Avast free antivirus.
I find it to be the best *all-around* free antivirus.
Avast also has a pretty decent antimalware component; but antimalware isn’t its strong point.

For antimalware, I use and recommend the free versions of both Superantispyware (SAS) and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM). The free versions are *on-demand* scanners (no real-time protection), so you can have them both installed and there will not be any conflicts.

> Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/mal…
* If you are willing to spend a few bucks, the most efficient use of your money would be to buy the paid version of MBAM for real-time malware protection rather than a paid antivirus, because
the free version of Avast is quite sufficient.
Stay away from miccrosoft. If any Microsoft security pop up on screen don’t click it don’t touch not even to close the window just press Alt the F4 keys. Url go off screen.
Avg do a free anti virus and maccafee do a month trial one. Though only down load one anti virus system.
Microsoft Security Essential is not consider as an Anti-spyware !
First download Microsoft Security Essential !
Then
Download Malwarebytes ! Is the best anti-malware and spyware out there ! http://www.malwarebytes.org/
I’d stick with the Microsoft Security. It seems to do well from what I’ve seen. A backup scanner such as Vipre Rescue Disk is good for a ‘once in a while’ confirmation clean-scan.
the best costs.
