My dwarf gourami in about 2.5 inches and is currently in a 10 gallon, i know, its too small, but i just had to save him from the over crowded walmart tank.
Now i am getting a 30 gallon long. I want to place my dwarf gourami ,8 neon tetras, about 7 silver tipped tetras, 5 panda corydora catfish, and 1 blue or gold gourami in there. It will also be heavily planted.
Will the dwarf gourami fight with the blue or gold?
do you prefer blue or gold gourami?
Should i keep the the dwarf in the 30 gallon and ditch the blue/gold gourami or vice versa?
Am i overstocked?

Blue gourami, gold gourami, Cosby, and three spot gourami are all the same species. They just have different scale colors.
I would get cardinal tetras instead of neon tetras. Neons carry and are susceptible to more diseases than cardinals are and have shorter life spans.
Gold/blue gouramis get large and aggressive. They vary in personality but it is probable they will not only go after a smaller gourami like the dwarf but also after the other fish in your tank.
Ge another dwarf gourami. If yours is brightly colored, get a silvery one (female) or vice versa so you end up with a pair. Unlike bettas these gouramis can co exist together if there is enough cover and space in the tank.
