It says that its clean, but how can it be if there are 2 objects within one file? It seems like someone’s tampered with it, even if Kaspersky can’t detect the threat. Am I right?

I have installed kaspersky internet security 2011 on my pc…but the system has become horribly slow..how can i speed up the system without removing the anti-virus….

I am using Kaspersky anti virus, and it has detected it on my computer some time ago. The anti virus doesn’t seem to be able to remove it automatically, and I have no idea how to do it myself. (I am a complete newbie). Please help!
