Under “status” it says “Your computer is protected, All protection components are enabled on your computer” But then it also says that it’s found 5 viruses and 4 trojans. How do I know if Kaspersky got ride of them? or “healed” them

I have kaspersky internet security and right now it scanning my laptop. the problem is that it already been an hour and it says three more hours to go. Is there any internet security brand that has a good antivirus as kaspersky in unknown and new viruses, good online protection, and faster scanning?
