It shows a lot of objects/items scanned. Like in Malwarebytes antimalware for example and microsoft security essentials. What do those objects/items represent?

I have the latest Java…but i just cleaned out some malware from it with Microsoft Security Essentials, They suggested cleaning out my system so Java works properly. There’s a lot of downloads etc. to choose from, and i just don’t know what to use…Any suggestions?? I have WindowsXP Thanks

I use windows defender for protection against spyware, windows firewall for protection from intrusion and hacking. And microsoft security essentials for protection from viruses. Everything thing is microsoft combo. With everything being microsoft, including windows OS too, I am well protected. Right?

Right now I’m using Norton 60 days trial and Microsoft Security Essentials. Should I only use one and if so, which one?
