I have Microsoft Security Essentials and I’m not sure if I should stick with it, or switch to AVG Free. What’d think?

I use an Windows XP Professional SP2 OS.

I clicked Scan now on the AVG sidebar gadget and immediately it said Threat Found!. I opened AVG to see more details and later when the scan was finished, it said No threats were found.
