Get Rid Of/ Help Hand Eczema?

Ok, so here’s the thing. As a kid I had eczema on my arms around my elbows. Doing the dishes was so painful and the soap would irritate it and make it itch and burn (so obviously it started at my elbows and covered lower parts of my arm too)
The way I eventually got rid of it and soothed it was using my dads tattoo cream that he got to help it heal or whatever.
A few days ago I woke up with itchy hands and had a few small lumps on a few of my fingers, due to the fact that my mother knows nothing about this kind of stuff I googled what it might be and after ruling out Scabies, I saw a few pictures and read symptoms and discovered it was eczema and I knnow its similar to what I had as a kid, but on my hands. I have started using gloves when I wash dishes, I wash my hands in cold water to help sooth when itchy and i put moisturizer on my hands but it is still spreading.
So how can I get rid of this, keeping in mind that my mother doesn’t care that I’m in pain and I can’t go out and buy things for this.
I need something that will work asap! I can’t hold a pen and i have still got homework to finish off and I’m back to school this week so I need a quick fix!
