How To Get Rid Of Threats On Kaspersky Internet Security 2011?

I have had this problem with a while when the package ran a full scan it found 9 threats (malware), I have tried to figure out how to get rid of these problems but I cant seem to figure it out. When you right click on 1 of the threats it gives you options eg. Process, Add to exclusions, Delete form the list, Disinfect all, Clear list and View on securelist.com . Please help me !!!!!

    I have used SpyNoMore,it can found every kelogger/Spyware/Malware/Virus that the common antivirus can’t found and uninstalled,i feel so good ,maybe you can try it.

    I would tell you to go ahead and uninstall the security features. Once you unistall it do a fresh install. That should solve the problem you are having. If that doesn’t work you can always take a look at http://www.website-seals.com/. They are professionals when it comes to Internet Security and can help you. Good luck!

    best thing, make sure you are clean
    restart your computer
    tap the F8 key until it asks about safe mode
    go into safe mode with networking
    be patient, its slow
    download rkill, this is an app that will get rid of the trojan that usually comes with these infections. its free, its safehttp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download…
    Run rkill
    download malwarebytes, its free, its safehttp://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_A…
    install, update, let it run a full scan
    save the log
    look at the log
    see if it has infections and see if they were removed
    run a full scan with your antivirus
    let it delete all it finds
    or use this online scanner. its free, its safe. download the packet and run ithttp://www.eset.com/online-scanner
    restart
    this should get it
