   Alternatively, I Suggest you Uninstall Webroot & Install Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE works well with the Windows firewall and does not slow your computer down as much as Webroot. Webroot has poor detection rate comparing to MSE.
   MSE know all of the Windows processes inside and out. Also updates regularly. MSE did extremely well at removing malware comparitively. Besides, they build the OS.

   Download additional anti-spyware software my favourite is Malwarebytes.
   Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware works well with MSE, provided that you get the free version, which doesn’t have real-time protection. There’s a chance of bad interactions with MSE if MBAM’s real-time protection is turned on.
