    It use very less cpu usage , But it is not good..!
    If you want ESET SMART SECURITY 5 full version for free

    Kaspersky Antivirus 2011 full for free

    No doubt Microsoft Security Essential is a good antivirus. Apart from this Immunet, Avg, Norton, Kaspersky, Avast…etc are also very good antivirus softwares.

    it is a recommend that you buy quick heal or netprotector antivirus

    i think its best free antivirus right now but not better than paid antivirus like eset or kaspersky or quick heal.
