Lots Of Computer Viruses, What To Do?

Hey guys, i was just surfing in the internet when Microsoft 2012-thing opened and said that I got 26 dangers on my computer. I used microsoft security essentials b4 as an antivirus sofware. Im totally scared now. Im in security mode with network now and let it check again..:
What should i do????

    Okay, that is a popular virus. All we know is that you have atleast ONE virus. You may have more. This virus pretends to be anti-virus software and says like you have a lot of viruses! buy something! It isn’t real and it isnt from microsoft. Sorry to say this, but Microsoft security essentials isnt good (its free). Use Norton or Kaspersky ( I use kaspersky ) or some other good software. I recommend taking it to some professionals or resetting to factoy settings. Don’t trust the microsoft 2012 thing. that is the virus

    Sounds like scare-ware to me. If it was only in your web browser, then chances are that nothing is actually wrong with your computer. You most likely just got redirected to a webpage designed to look like a virus scanner, the real problems come when you actually download whatever it is they are recommending. Try downloading Microsoft Security Essentials (make sure you get it from Microsoft website) and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Update them and scan your computer with both of them. If they both turn up clean, I would say your good. Good luck.

    I would download another anti virus program like AVG there is a free version, install it, let it scan your pc again.
    AVG will put suspect files in a folder called a vault, if they are viruses they will kept out of harms way, if they are needed by windows etc. they can be return by AVG. I have never had to return any files that AVG has put in the vault folder, after a month or so they are deleted.
    You must disable any other security software, it’s best to have only one anti virus program working on a pc.

    I OPENED A VIRUS ON MY(COMPANY’S) DESK TOP LAST YEAR, IT POPPED UP ON MY SCREEN AND SAID SOMETHNG BOT SECURITY AND IT WAS GOING 2 CHECK FOR VIRUS’S, 2 CLICK, IN WHEN I TRIED 2 CLICK CLOSE IT SET VIRUS OFF IN MY COMPUTER I WORKED FOR HOURS TRYN TO FIX IT, EVERYTHING I HAD 2 DO (MY JOB) I NEEDED TO GET INTO THE FILES!!! I WAS SO EMBARRASED WHEN PPL STARTED SHOWING UP 4 WRK AND I HAD TO HAND WRITE ALL THERE INFO.. MY BOSS WAS MAD BUT I DIDNT GET FIRED BT OUR COMPUTER WAS GONE FOR SEVERAL DAYS N WE HAD 2 HAND RITE EVERYTHNG. SO IF IT LOOKS SUSPICIOUS THEN LEAVE IT ALONE IS MY SUGGESTION… BT U WILL HAVE 2 GET PROFFECIONAL TO FIX IT…SORRY..
