Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is excellent as the above answerer said, but it is NOT an antivirus, and the free version doesn’t give real-time protection, so don’t uninstall your real-time antivirus.
As another answerer said, your scanner should have an easy-to-find button to click to remove them.
    That’s all.
    And don’t bother with Spybot.
It is outdated and of minimal use.

    Edit:
    In reference to Malwarebytes -
MBAM was designed to be run in normal mode.
Run MBAM in safe mode *only* if you can’t get it to run in normal mode.
(And you shouldn’t need safe mode to remove common ttrojans anyhow.)

Forget McCafee, forget Norton, these are just pains in the neck.
Turn off your pc by holding down the off button for as long as needed to turn it off.
Turn on pc, you’ll get options.
    Choose safe mode with networking.
Go here: http://malwarebytes.org download malwarebytes for free.
Install it, let it update, then run it.
    Delete whatever shows up.
    Start pc normally.
Delete McCaffe/norton or anything else you may have downloaded, they’re just a pain in the neck.
In response to Hebus: I wasn’t going to write a dual mode answer. i.e. if mbam won’t work then do this and that. Far easier to write what will work in all circumstances.
As for real time protection, i cannot remember the last time i’ve had to use an anti-virus, and i’m the bloke who has to sort out all my neighbours pc’s. Anti-virus’s just keep bothering you with ‘upgrade me to paid plans’.
Also, most malware tries to prevent you from downloading, installing and running malwarebytes, unless you download rkill first. It’s far better to just start in safe mode from the off.

you can go to safe mode with networking, and you can download a anti-spyware or anti-malware.
