Don’t add Norton.
Use Malwarebytes free.http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/mal…
Take a look at an article on Asystematics.com to make sure it is gone. Then, get at least Internet Security 2012 from Norton and run a full scan afterwards with updated virus definitions. I do not suggest using Microsoft Esentails since it is a basic anti virus/spam program and you should not be using two firewalls at once.
Norton can. But it depends on whether it is properly updated. However, I doubt that Norton would fix this problem really effectively. To tell you the truth, Malwarebytes is indeed more powerful. I don’t undertand why people choose Norton instead of MBAM. This program is much cheaper and far more effective than Norton. So, I would recommend you to download Malwarebytes and run system scan with it. Then remove all found threats and reboot. By the way, if you cannot run MBAM please run it as Administrator. Right-click MBAM’s icon and select this option. This should help you bypass the blockage on the part of virus. Both Norton and MSE eventually will delete Vista Internet Security 2012. And MBAM is not more powerful than norton, it is anti-malware tool only. But it can help too.

Norton can’t remove it and you shouldn’t install Norton if you already have MSSE installed.
