Please Someone Help Me Fix A Possible Virus/malware On Computer!!!?

By antivirus software Posted in: Microsoft Security Essentials

Out of the blue today my computer got something that caused it to start acting very screwed up and there were continual pop up boxes coming up that would block front of screen. I am running Microsoft Essentials on Windows Vista and have no idea how I could have gotten this. I got prompted 3 times about a trojan but it said it was removed successfully. Also, I ran a full scan and it said there were no threats on my computer. So how come it would not show up as anything on a full scan?
Furthermore, I cant even seem to be able to double check to make sure anti virus software is updated. There are so many windows open and I keep gett9iing different error messages.I didnt have a malware program running at the same time as santi-virus but I turned on Windows Defender and that didnt allow me to complete it. I keep getting security messages.preventing me from checking for updates. Please someone hel me resolves this before I have to spend $200 for a tech to fix it !!!

shut the computer down and restart in safe mode, hopefully this will help keep the popups and crap away.
then do the scans again, (and/or upgrade antivirus) if nothing shows up i recommend Avast! antivirus home edition.
do a scan with that, also think about if youve installed any software recently (anything).
also when the trojan warning comes up, see if it shows the source of it, this way you can tell if it really is dangerous or not.

Installing other antivirus will not work.
don’t need to spend a penny; if you can reinstall windows only. And if you can then please reinstall the windows please move your data to the system which is having purchased antivirus and then full format your system.this is the best way coz your system is full of viruses.
And if you can’t do then please go to the vendor or ask any of your friend.

okay you are loged in as an administrater. You have Trojan virus which is one of the worst virus to get hardest to get rid off. If you have guest account. Log off admins. log in guest acct. which you should be able to. Run Clean P.C. After running that go to controll panel see what file was affected (will say Trojan) delete that prog. or file..If file you will lose it. If its prog..go to start botton in search type in pro. and install..turn system off. Turn on log in as adminstrater..you should be good..dont spend $200. when you can do it yourself..I did..Hope this helps. I have McFee yet Trojan came through did the same thing..and sure I freaked out..what the h….!! you can do it if I did.
.E-mail me asher114@yahoo.com if I could guide you throu
