If the data is that important you can buy an “identical” hard drive and swap the spindle and actuator etc.
If you don’t know how go to a computer shop and get them to do it for you.
EDIT: Did you drop the HDD? If there is a physical problem with the disk my answer may help.
If not I suggest taking the HDD out of it’s housing, connecting it internally then running ‘SpinRite’ version 6 by grc.http://www.grc.com/
How much is your data worth? What recovery options you have depend significantly on your budget.
And, for the future, *NEVER*, *EVER* store data you care about in only one place. And an external hard drive is one of the least reliable storage media in existence, so it should never be relied on. (They get dropped, lost, left in the hot sun, and even under ideal circumstances they only have a 3 year rated life.)
you are screwed. hard drives don’t do well being dropped.
going off your info no its screwed sorry
