You need to run rkill to shut the malware down, so you can scan for, and properly remove.
    Read the description.http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download…
After rkill has run successfully, update, and run a full Malwarebytes scan, and then your AV.

Firstly try to install one anti-virus in your computer and stick with it. There is no one solution for malware:
try the link below to perform system restore:
    “Trojan:how to defeat them”http://computingmadeasy.com/2012/01/31/t…
And if you need a total security solution in place, try Faronics.ust in case you have not heard of Faronics, it is used by:

    Hi,
If you notice any Adwares and Spywares, you’re probably facing horrible pop-ups, your PC starts slowing down, and many more. I figured out this one site that totally helps me with my virus problems that have been driving me crazy. Millions of people have been using this site to get rid of any Spywares, Trojans, Worms, and Adwares. You can try downloading it and also scanning your PC for FREE. Check out this site:

Try editing your msconfig to not start the virus on reboot.
You basically just need to launch the antivirus before the virus is launched
If you can’t fix the issue via msconfig, try doing a boot-time scan. Google this is you’re not sure what it is.
