okie so everyone says that this anti virus gets rid of threats itself…. but i have infections saying about hackers getting into my pc and pc is slow and kaspersky isnt doing anything! please help i really hate this anti virus !

I have Kaspersky and its working fine, i just run the full scans and it shows theres two viruses and at the bottom it says disinfect or quarantine the disinfect just wont let me click it at… its not highlighted like the quarantine.

pleaseee help tell me how i can be able to click the disinfect all because it is greyed out and wont let me click it

I have 312 threats, evidently, according to my Kaspersky Internet Security application when I click on it, but when I try to click on “disinfect all,” the button is inactive. Does anyone know what I should do in order to clear these? I’m running a fully functional, licensed version that I paid for. Thank you
