1 – Virus detected and sandboxed. 2 – avast! scan shows no more threats. 3 – Downloaded Malwarebytes, and it shows no threats. PLEASE TELL ME I AM FREE!!!!

I wanted to uninstall my mcafee antivirus software because it’s ****, and I wanted to get something new so I was wondering how this one worked or if there was something better out there for free that I should look into? Thanks.
