I don’t think you can go wrong with either, they are both good AV’s, I suggest you install the free version of each, and see which one you like better, then buy.

Avast is the best. Light on your cpu/ Very effective. It’s free and takes care of updating itself. I don’t know anyone who has changed from avast after trying it.
