I have an hp laptop & my comp came with a 1 yr norton service but I bought a 3 yr webroot virus thing & the yrs starts when I buy it so I installed i asap. I was wondering if i should delete norton from my comp to install webroot?

My Norton utility sometimes fails in its job. Does anyone have experience of McAfee?

If I leave the computer for a few minutes without switching off, on my return there is an ‘Idle time’ message that Norton has found and dealt with a tracking cookie threat. If they are harmless why bother or are some tracking cookies malicious?

It says I’m at risk and when I try to to update it it says to check the internet connection. My internet connection is fine though. Should I just reup on my subscription? Will that fix it?
