ever since i installed it the computer freezes. i see avg spyware is also on this computer .. why is the computer freezing up

I was looking at Kaspersky. Everyone I’ve spoken to doesn’t recommend Norton and I’m unsure about online anti- virus downloads. I’d rather get an anti- virus protection from a shop.
