I have a dell inspiron windows xp…My security is on except my virus protection,,,,it says off & i dont know how to put it on..I also have Trend Micro Security

i use avast, and anti malware. is there any other program i can get to protect my system better. i heard there is a computer virus going around

Should I renew Bit-defender for a further 12 months or give the free Microsoft Security Essentials a go. For the past 12 months Bit-defender has served me well and I do not mind the cost of renewing but is a free package a good alternative.
