my antivirus protection found some threats in my doucments & settings/administrator which it did not clean- the only object it gives me is to delete- is delete the same as clean? I don’t want to delete those files- just clean them. they have been quarantined. what should I do?

I have 312 threats, evidently, according to my Kaspersky Internet Security application when I click on it, but when I try to click on “disinfect all,” the button is inactive.
