What Do You Think Of Microsoft Security Essentials?

    If you are looking for a good free antivirus, Avast is the way to go. MSE is ok, but not the greatest.http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-down…

    Microsoft security Essentials is offered free by Microsoft.
    It is a software that was designed to protect the operating system and not much more.
    If you ask is it a good software then the answer is Yes it does what it was designed to do,
    and does it well. But you should not depend on it alone to protect your computer.
    Go to Microsoft web site and read about what it protects and then decide what else you need to
    complete your Computer’s security.

    I think it’s good, and free.
    I suggest adding Lavasofts se personal adware. It has great reviews.It is a spyware program, but it is still quite poerful
