Not much, it is a pretty piss poor AV, but what it SHOULD do is detect, and remove (probably the whole download) any infections. If it does not remove the whole download, then what it will remove could make it useless.
I suggest you use Avast free, it is the best free AV.http://www.avast.com/en-us/index
if it found something that is claiming that it’s from microsoft and it is really not (pirated). They will slowly delete it. Even unlicensed Operating Systems and Microsoft Offices.
But if it is not from Microsoft they will just scan for viruses.
It is a powerful program for as a antivirus.
It will alert you as to what it found and ask what you want to do about it.
