What Is A “bickey” From The Play “the Dresser”?

In the play “The Dresser” by Ronald Harwood, they refer to an object as “a Bickey” in this context: “Would you like a bickey? I saved one from the mayors reception in bridlington. No? Then why dont you have one norman? Thanks very much I will.” I have scoured the internet and it has yeilded nothing.
