What Is This Book Called?

All I really remember from it is a line where she says ‘Yeah, like making out with a stuffed panda is going to change anything” or like that, when a therapist tried to make her talk. She said something about her and her friend drinking soda in her yard or something. Sorry I can’t remember more, but I just remember a girl on the cover, and it was gray with white or pink text.. it was a thick book and had a few books in one or something along like that.
Does anyone have a clue?
