You have a good setup.
Norton & Malwarebytes is fine.
The other tools are just extra, and that’s fine, too.
On desktop, I have:
Avast Free & Malwarebytes Free.
A word about Webroot:
A couple of months ago, there was a new “virus”.
I tried a lot of scans and removal tools (even Malwarebytes), to no avail.
Webroot is the one that finally cleaned the computer.
So, Webroot is excellent in “real-world” application.
(The person I share the desktop with accidentally installed the “virus”- it did not get by my AV),
Just sayin…
I don’t know who gave you the advice on those programs, but slap them.
Webroot is one of the worst products on the market.
If you don’t mind paying for extra security get the pro version of MBAM. (MalwareBytes)
I use Avast free, MBAM pro, and SUPERAntiSpyware free.
Norton is a good AV, but I do not like any AV to completely imbed itself into my system the way norton does.
If you go to a malware forum like cnet forums, and see the programs that are always recommended for the vast majority of malware, they are MBAM, and SAS. They are the two best programs at what they do. AV, MBAM, and SAS are all you really need, and I suggest the pro version of MBAM.
norton and malwarebytes
dont have a backup and norton almost out so ill probably switch to avg
