   Anti virus and anti spyware are two different things. The best free free anti spyware is SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition and there a two free antiviruses which I recommend. One is Microsoft Security Essentials, and the other is Avast Free.    The leaders in the free anti-virus programs are AVG and Avast.
