Which Antivirus Program Between Norton And Microsoft Securitities Is Better?

Definitely Norton, I’ve been using Norton since the late 90′s and it never fails. Even Multi-million dollar firms depend on Norton to protect their private information.

    Microsoft securities is worthless and I wouldn’t run Norton’s irritating resource hog if it were free. I bought a new computer last summer and it came with 1 year “free” Norton. After 2weeks of Nortons irritating ads, popups and other BS , I uninstalled it and replaced it with AVG paid. I am much happier. I think even the AVG free is better than Norton.

    Between those two, Norton.
    Norton’s security suite became so bloated and resource-heavy that it was unusable for a few years, but they recently rewrote their entire engine. Nowadays Norton is back among the top antivirus programs. Microsoft Security Essentials is better than other free programs like AVG, but not commercial products.
    Of commercial antivirus packages, ESET’s NOD32 is the best of the best.

    the obvious choice performance-wise is norton 5.0, however, it’s subscription based, and most people dont want to pay for antivirus
    microsoft security essentials is the best free antivirus solution available, however, norton is a better product since it is more comprehensive

    Norton by far is the best.AVG causes to much system load if you don’t have a decent computer.Microsoft Security Essentials is free for a reason.
