Why Do I Get This Report Saying ‘bitdefender Security Center Has Encountered A Critical Error!’?

I’m running BitDefender Internet Security 2010 on windows vista, every once in awhile i get this bitdefender report wizard asking me to tell them about this ‘problem’ it says that it made a report about the bug,
i do not know whats going on i just use the internet mainly for Facebook, email and YouTube thats it. but what i do know is that this bitdefender is becoming my problem.
please help!!!!!

    Try uninstalling BD and then reinstall. Make sure everything is up to date.
