Window Cannot Open Program?

I have 2 years old laptop running on window 7 and it seem have a big problem. On Wednesday, it was running good. However, when I open Webroot Internet Security Complete, it took for a long time to start so I refresh ( right click ) my laptop and turn out it froze. So I reboot it then programs in my laptop couldn’t open. Then, I have tried a lot of way to solved. I went in to Safe mode to ran webroot, it found one malware and the rest was cookie. Therefore, I thought maybe the laptop ran normally so I restarted to went to normal view but it still froze. I also checked window driver but it still froze and I ran systems cleaner in webroot and it removed 1 thoudsand something files but laptop still froze. I also did sfc/ scannow and disk cleaner by window but laptop sill froze. And now, program in my laptop couldn’t open.
One time, i opened my laptop and I clicked refresh ( right click ) but it still froze. So I let it unfroze and I went to school. In the afternoon, I saw my laptop said “this is not a genuine window”. What is that means? Please help.
